| フランスの学友諸君！ わが日本全学連は、シラク―ドビルパン政権による「初期雇用契約（ＣＰＥ）」導入を粉砕するために、ストライキを敢行している諸君に心からの連帯を表明する。そして、国鉄労組を中核として陸続と全国的なストライキ闘争に決起している労働者階級に、断固として連帯する。 シラク―ドビルパン政権は、九・六％（二十六歳未満は二十三％）もの高失業率を基礎とした若年層の不満・反発の高まりに直面している。この危機を、あくまでフランス人の正規雇用を回避するという独占資本家どもの利害を貫くかたちでのりきるために、ＣＰＥ導入を強行しようとしているのだ。この策動は、フランス労働者階級にとっては、永きにわたる闘争をつうじてかちとってきた諸権利の剥奪と、さらなる失業と貧困の強制をしか意味しないのである。 フランスの学友諸君！ 社会党・共産党指導部は、諸君らの闘いを一年後の大統領選挙および総選挙に向けてのカンパニアにねじ曲げようとしている。この闘争歪曲を許さず、全国でストライキ闘争に決起した労働者と、さらには同じく無権利状態におかれている移民労働者と連帯して、ＣＰＥの撤回をかちとるために前進せよ！ いまこそ、労働者階級を中核とする人民の力でシラク―ドビルパン政権を打倒せよ！ われわれは、日本の地において、イラク反戦闘争をはじめとして、憲法改悪や日米軍事同盟の強化に反対する革命的反戦闘争を断固として推進している。そればかりではなく、弱者切り捨ての小泉式「構造改革」に反対する闘いを全国の学園から創造している。わが日本全学連は、プロレタリア・インターナショナリズムに立脚し、諸君の闘いに断固として連帯する。 フランスの学友諸君！ イギリスにおいては、ブレア政権による年金制度改悪に反対して公務員労働者がストライキ闘争に決起している。アメリカにおいては、ブッシュ政権による「不法移民規制法案」制定に反対するヒスパニック系人民が起ちあがっている。彼らとも連帯し、国境を越えた団結を創造せよ！ ともにたたかわん！ |

Message de la solidarite Zengakuren Federation du Tout-Japon des associations autonomes des etudiants (President Shigeki Okuno) Etudiants francais, avancez pour gagner une retraction du CPE ! Etudiants partout France ! Nous, Japonais Zengakuren, vous exprimons notre solidarite sincere, qui faites des greves pour casser l'introduction de le contrat premiere embauche (CPE) par le gouvernement Chirac-villepin. Nous nous solidariseron avec la classe ouvriere francaise, surtout les syndicats ferroviaires et autre rangs, qui successivement font des greves dans tout le pays. Le gouvernement francais est confronte aux mecontentement et colere violente des jeunesses, qui sont ronges par le chomage eleve atteignant le taux de 9.6 % (pour des personnes au-dessous de vingt-six, 23 %). Afin d'eviter cette situation critique a la defense des interets des capitalistes de monopole, qui detesterent de augmenter des emplois formels des ouvriers francais, le premier ministre force l'introduction du CPE. Pour la classe ouvriere francaise, cependant, cette tentative signifie une privation de leurs droites, ce qu'ils ont gagne et defendu par de longues luttes, et le chomage et la pauvrete plus augmentes. Tous les etudiants en France ! Les chefs dans le Parti Socialiste et le Parti Communiste essayeront de deformer vos luttes dans juste une campagne publicitaire pour des elections presidentielles et parlementaires. Nous vous souhaitons honnetement pour rejeter cette deformation, unir aux ouvriers effectuant des greves, pour etablir une solidarite forte avec les travailleurs migrants prives des droites, et avancer vos luttes pour briser le CPE. Renversez le gouvernement de Chirac-villepin maintenant par des luttes puissantes de la classe ouvriere, des masses de travail! Nous avions combattu pour avancer des luttes de masse contre la guerre de l'Irak et d'autres luttes antiguerre revolutionnaires contre le gouvernement de Koizumi, ce qui essayant de reviser la constitution guerre-renoncante du Japon et de renforcer l'alliance de militaires entre Etars-Unis et Japon. Nous avons egalement organise des luttes aux universites dans toute le Japon contre la reforme structurale de koizumi, ce qui frappe les ouvrieres a coups de baton. Nous, Japonais Zengakuren sommes debout avec votre lutte sur la base d'internationalisme de la classe ouvriere. Etudiants francais, nos camarades ! En Grande-Bretagne, les ouvriers publics font leurs greves contre une plus mauvaise revision du systeme de pension par le gouvernement de Blair. Aux Etats-Unis, les personnes hispaniques se levent contre un controle serree par Bush gouvernement sur les travailleurs migrants. Message of Solidarity Zengakuren All-Japan Federation of Students’ Self-Governing Associations (Chairman Shigeki Okuno) French students, advance for wining a withdrawal of the CPE! Students all over France! We, the Japanese Zengakuren, express our warmest solidarity with you, who are carrying out strikes to smash the introduction of the contrat premiere embauche (CPE) by the Chirac-Villepin government. We are also with the French working class, railway workers’ unions and other ranks, who are rising in a nationwide strike one after another. The French government is faced with the growing discontents among young people, who are gnawed by the high unemployment reaching the rate of 9.6 % (for people under twenty-six, 23 %). In order to escape this critical situation in the form of defending the interests of the monopoly capitalists who are unwilling to increase formal employments of French workers, the prime minister is forcing the introduction of the CPE at any cost. For the French working class, however, this attempt means a deprivation of their rights, which they have gained and defended through long struggles, and an imposition of more expanded unemployment and poverty. All students in France! Leaders in the Parti Socialiste and the Parti Communiste will try to distort your struggles into just an advertising campaign for the coming Presidential and parliamentary elections. We honestly wish you to reject this distortion, to unite with workers carrying out a national strike, to build a strong solidarity with migrant workers deprived of rights, and to advance your struggles for defeating the CPE. Overthrow the Chirac-Villepin government through powerful struggles of the toiling masses centring on the working class! We have been fighting in Japan to advance a mass struggle against the Iraq war and other revolutionary antiwar struggles against the attempts of the Koizumi government to revise the war-renouncing Constitution of Japan and to strengthen the US-Japan military alliance. We have also been building struggles in universities throughout the country against the Koizumi-led ‘structural reform’ to harm the toiling masses. The Japanese Zengakuren resolutely stands with your struggle on the basis of proletarian internationalism. French students, our comrades! In Britain, public workers are waging their strikes against a worst revision of the pension system planned by the Blair government. In the United States, Hispanic people are rising against a tightened control on migrant workers enforced by the Bush administration. Extend your solidarity with them and create a strong unity beyond the national boundaries! Let us fight together! March 28th 2006 |
